This is a GREAT core work out. I focuses on all those parts of your body that create a lean defined torso. And unlike the basic crunch, it's fun, great cardio and will help your overall posture. I work out 5 days a week and really felt this work out when it was done!

This is a great video that combines stellar education with entertainment. Scott and Tom are consummate professionals who are true students of the body. If you are looking for a good core workout that is multi-planar and effective, this is it.

Scott and Tom are amazing! They go with you every step of the way... so I got an intense workout for my abs, hips & thighs while learning how each movement would to give me the best abs on earth. LOVE IT!
